Plantekn is a floor-plan and interior design app for iPhone and iPad. We've kept this simple: the app does not collect personal data about you. No user account, no server, no tracking, no advertising.

The app stores only what you create, plus some technical preferences:

· Your floor plans — rooms, furniture, doors, windows, stairs, floors and notes. Stored as `.plantekn` files (JSON).

· Images you upload as a tracing background (Photo Trace, Pro feature). Stored inside your project file.

· App preferences — language, grid and snap sizes, light/dark mode, whether you've seen onboarding.

· Local counters — number of times the app has launched, whether you've rated the app, number of Pro paywall views.

· Pro status — whether you've purchased Plantekn PRO.

None of this is sent to us or to any third party. Everything stays on your device or in your iCloud account.

Data is stored on your device in the app's private folder, and in your iCloud Drive (`iCloud.com.jonas.Plantekn`) if you have iCloud enabled. If iCloud is unavailable, everything is stored locally only. You can see which is active under Settings → About → Storage.

Plantekn has no access to your iCloud account. Apple syncs the files between your own devices on your behalf. Apple's privacy policy for iCloud.

Plantekn PRO purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store and StoreKit. We only receive a signal that the purchase is complete — we do not see payment details, card numbers or billing addresses.

When the app asks you to rate Plantekn, it uses Apple's standard mechanism (`SKStoreReviewController`). The rating is handled by Apple. We only know whether you chose "yes, I'd like to rate" — we do not see the rating or the star count.

If you use Photo Trace (Pro), you pick an image from your photo library via Apple's Photos Picker. The image is processed only on your device and stored inside your project file as part of it. Plantekn does not request access to your whole photo library — only the single image you select.

Apple Pencil and haptics use standard iOS APIs. No data is collected.

There is no analytics or tracking technology in Plantekn. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, TelemetryDeck or any similar service. No IDFA or ad identifier is used.

The only third party involved is Apple (App Store, iCloud, StoreKit, system rating dialog). Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to those services.

Plantekn is not directed at children under 13, but is safe for any age since the app does not collect personal data.

Because we hold no personal data about you, we have nothing to deliver or delete on request. You have full control over your own files — delete the app or remove your projects from iCloud Drive whenever you like.
