Plantekn is developed and published by Haug og Datter, and distributed through the Apple App Store. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Plantekn lets you create 2D floor plans with furniture, doors, windows and stairs, and visualise them in 3D. All use happens locally on your device. You don't need an account.

You may use the app for personal and commercial purposes — planning your own renovation, valuation work, real-estate prospects or architectural sketching. There is no limit on the number of floor plans with Plantekn PRO.

The app is free to download. The free version includes one project at a time, one floor, a selection of 18 furniture types, 2D drawing tools, 3D visualisation and PNG export.

Plantekn PRO is a one-time purchase. After purchase you get:

· Unlimited number of projects

· Multiple floors and basement

· The full furniture library

· AI-based furniture suggestions

· PDF export with room summary

· Photo Trace (reference-image tracing layer)

· Apple Pencil support

· Export without watermark

Refunds for Plantekn PRO are handled by Apple. Request a refund via the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Plantekn cannot itself refund purchases made through the App Store.

Your floor plans are yours. They are stored as `.plantekn` files (open JSON format) on your device and in your iCloud Drive if enabled. You can export, share or delete them at any time. We do not collect personal data — see the privacy policy for details.

The app itself — code, design, icons and name — is owned by Haug og Datter. Purchasing Plantekn PRO grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA. You may not copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer the app.

Plantekn is provided "as is". We give no warranty that the app is bug-free or that it meets your specific needs. Floor plans created in the app are sketches — they do not replace professional architectural drawings, building permits or official property valuations.

Area calculations (BRA, P-rom, S-rom under NS 3940) are based on what you draw. Accuracy depends on you drawing correctly. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Plantekn cannot be held liable for financial losses or other consequences arising from use of the app.

We may update, change or remove features in the app. Significant changes are communicated through App Store release notes or the "What's New" sheet in the app.

These terms may change. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If that fails, the proper venue is the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) and then Norwegian courts.
