These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Stoneward ("the App"), provided by Jonas Haug ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is any conflict regarding the license, Apple's EULA governs, and these Terms cover the rest.

The App offers in-app purchases:
· Stoneward+, a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks current and future premium features.
· Dust packs, consumable in-app currency used for upgrades within the App.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and over time. Payment, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Refund requests should be made to Apple.
"Dust" and any other in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App, and are licensed to you, not sold. Consumable items are consumed when used and are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law. Virtual items may be lost if you delete the App or its data.
You agree not to:
· reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law;
· cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores or leaderboards, or interfere with other players' experience;
· use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We may limit or remove access (including leaderboard entries) if you violate these Terms.
The App displays advertising provided by third parties (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any websites or products they link to. You can remove ads by purchasing Stoneward+.
Stoneward offers global, weekly and daily leaderboards provided using Apple CloudKit. Scores are tied to an anonymized identifier (see our Privacy Policy); we may remove entries that appear fraudulent or manipulated. We may also moderate or reset leaderboard entries to maintain fair play and normal operation.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or error-free.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Maintenance and support for the App are provided by us, not Apple.
