Tenkt is distributed via the App Store. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices linked to your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's standard end-user license agreement (EULA).

Streaks, statistics, and progress you build up in the app belong to you. We have no access to, copy of, or right to use them.

Tenkt has a free version with a selection of daily puzzles and puzzle types. Tenkt Premium is an optional upgrade that unlocks:

· All daily puzzles, all puzzle types.

· Full archive back in time.

· Training mode and hints.

· Detailed statistics.

Access follows your Apple ID and can be restored on new devices via "Restore purchases". All purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store, and refunds follow Apple's policies.

Tenkt is provided "as is." We do our best to make the app work well and to ensure puzzles have unique solutions, but we cannot guarantee that it is bug-free. We are not responsible for loss of streaks or statistics due to device failure or app deletion, so enable iCloud if your progress is important to you.

We may update these terms over time. Significant changes will be announced in the app at the next update, and you may choose to stop using the app if you do not accept the changes.

The terms are subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
